Workshop will take place at Camp Ripley, 15000 MN-115, Little Falls, MN 56345 (Directions).
An email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to the workshop, and again 2 days prior. Registration will close 10 business days prior to the workshop date.

This program meets MDA requirements for recertification in categories A & J.

You can register for the program two ways:

• by completing the ONLINE FORM. Once you’ve submitted the online form, you will be automatically taken to the payment page where you can pay via PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard or Discover only. State of MN credit cards are not accepted by PayPal. If you do not wish to pay via PayPal or credit card, choose the second option below.

• by printing the Pesticide Applicator Registration Form (PDF Format). Mail the form BEFORE JULY 30th to the address shown along with a check or P.O. Please let us know if you are mailing in a registration for at the email address below.
