You can register for one of the programs by completing the online form below or by printing the Pesticide Applicator Registration Form (PDF format).
The online form below is a two-step process. Once you complete the registration form below, you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay for the class via PayPal. All fields below are required.

The form below is for registrants who wish to register and pay via PayPal. State of Minnesota credit cards are not accepted by the PayPal system. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard or Discover only. If you do not wish to pay via credit card and PayPal, DO NOT complete the form below. Workshop Registration by Mail
If you would prefer to mail in your registration form and payment, please print this class registration form, complete the form and mail it along with payment to the MN PIE office. By mail we accept checks or purchase orders.
